Our Minister

Meet our minister and his wife, Adam & Bethany Barker.  This is Adam's 7th year in ministry.  He has served in the capacities as youth minister and pulpit preacher for congregations in Dresden, Cottage Grove, Bolivar and Somerville - all of which are here in West Tennessee.

Adam is a Dresden, TN native.  He graduated from Dresden High School in 2000.  He started Freed-Hardeman University in 2001 and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Agricultural Business.  In December of 2007, Adam graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with his Masters of Ministry Degree.  It was in January of 2008 when Adam started his work with us here at Skullbone.

Bethany is a Waynesboro, TN native.  She graduated in 2001 from Wayne County High School.  She went on to Freed-Hardeman University and graduated with her Bachelor of Art Degree in Graphic Design in 2005.  Bethany graduated in May of 2008 with her Masters of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  Beginning in August, 2008, Bethany will begin her position as the new Art teacher for West Carroll Primary and Elementary schools.

At this time, Adam and Bethany have two "children" - a lab named Daisy and a fiest named Duke.
